Pride Empowerment Support Group: Blossoming Lotus Therapy virtual LGBTQIA+ Support Group
Join our LGBTQIA+ Support Group, a welcoming and inclusive space to explore mental health, identity, relationships, self-acceptance, and the unique challenges of being LGBTQIA+ in today's world. Meetings are held virtually every Thursday 4:00PM- 5:00PM EST, starting on March 26th, for individuals ages 18+ of all gender identities. Discussions will cover topics such as self-acceptance, navigating relationships, mental health struggles, self-care, dealing with discrimination, finding community, and more. The group is also open to additional topics based on the needs and interests of participants. Drop in as your schedule allows—come for support, stay for connection. You are always welcome here.
